Mr Avanoma is an accomplished oil and gas professional and project manager with over 16 years oil industry experience in Drilling & Completions Engineering, Wireline Logging, Production Optimization and Production Surface Facilities in USA, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Gabon, France, UK, Algeria & Colombia.
Kester Tonejit Awani
With a PhD and globally recognized certifications in project and agile management (PMP®, PMI-ACP®), Dr. Awani brings a disciplined, strategic approach to leadership, execution, and operational excellence. His work focuses on helping leaders move from vision to execution – aligning strategy, structure, and people to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Mr. OGHOLO Robinson is the Chief Financial Officer of BRADE Consulting Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from the University of Benin.
He is a seasoned accounting professional with over 14 years’ experience spanning across Audit, Telecoms, Oil & Gas industries.
