Armed with a PhD and dual PMI certifications — PMP® and PMI-ACP® — he brings 15+ years of leadership across oil & gas, logistics, and business development. His singular focus at BRADE: closing the gap between strategy and execution.
Beyond BRADE, Dr. Awani founded the Dr. Kester Awani Foundation, committed to mentorship, leadership development, and capacity-building for the next generation of African professionals.
He also serves as a Rotarian, contributing to community development and human potential initiatives across the region.
