Our key management personnel have more than 50 years of combined experience in the oil & gas, and manufacturing industries.
Ese Avanoma
Group Managing Director
Mr Avanoma is an accomplished oil and gas professional and project manager with over 16 years oil industry experience in Drilling & Completions Engineering, Wireline Logging, Production Optimization and Production Surface Facilities in USA, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Gabon, France, UK, Algeria & Colombia.
Registered with The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), his areas of expertise range from project management, well delivery (Drilling & Completion), well costs optimization, interface (asset, reservoir & engineering), rig management, operations, civil works and location preparation gathered from his experience working with SEPLAT, WellManned, Schlumberger Oilfield Services and Oildata Wireline Services.
He is currently responsible for setting strategy, direction and sustaining the growth of various oil and gas companies domiciled within Africa and continues to lead these companies into success.
His personal interests are in project management and travels.
Adebowale Alabi
Managing Director, BRADE Chemical Solutions Limited
Debo holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin, in Nigeria.
He is an experienced marketing executive and salesman with about twenty-five (25) years of work experience in diverse industries, with multi-disciplinary manufacturing companies and most recently as the Sales Manager of Eunisell Limited before joining BRADE Group as the Executive Director of BRADE Chemical Solutions Limited.
When Debo is not selling chemicals, he is watching football and listening to music.
Victor Imevbore
Director, BRADE Oil & Gas Limited, Uganda
A Petroleum Engineer and award-winning sustainable development practitioner with several years of experience and deep knowledge of the oil and gas industry in Africa. He is the Managing Director / CEO of Environmental Resources Managers Limited (ERML), a sustainable development company in Nigeria whose client base includes the international oil companies, Nigerian independents, major service companies, government World Bank and a host of others. His vision, drive and passion for excellence has facilitated steady growth in ERML and BRADE Oil & Gas Limited, Uganda.

Dr. Paul Kiwanuka-Mukiibi (MD)
Director, BRADE Oil & Gas Ltd, Uganda
Paul is the Executive Director of the Uganda Alzheimer Association (UAA), of which he is also a founder Board member. Until he took on his current role in mid-2020, he was the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of PS Consulting (PSC), which he founded more than two decades ago as an independent health development and management consulting firm located in Uganda, of which he is now the Board Chairman.
He has over two decades of experience as a research, policy, and development specialist, providing technical assistance (TA) to the public, private-not-for-profit (PNFP) and private sectors in Uganda, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Sudan, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Organisations to which he provides/has provided TA include the Uganda Ministry of Health (MoH) and other line-ministries; Development Partners (Donors); ministries of health of other countries in the region; local and international NGOs; the private health-sector; and national health programmes funded by Development Partners/Donors such as the WHO, World Bank, USAID, UKAID/DfID, AusAID, KfW and Irish Aid, amongst others.
Paul has served as a Senior Policy and Strategy Adviser seconded to ministries of health within the region, and as a member of numerous national policy-formulation and implementation bodies and technical working groups. He has been instrumental in the initiation and/or development of numerous national policies, including the Human Resources for Health (HRH), Public Private Partnerships for Health (PPPH) and Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH) policies in Uganda. He has also been the Principal Investigator (PI) in numerous studies conducted with and
on behalf of the Uganda and other Ministries of Health in the Africa region, in partnership with major donor-funded programmes.
As well as serving on several Boards, he is the Local Urban Council Chairman of Pepsi Cola Zone, Kansanga, Makindye Division, Kampala.

Johnson Agoreyo
Director, BRADE Oil & Gas Limited, Uganda
Johnson is an astute Management Professional and an expert in turning around multinational corporate and retail financial institutions, driving digital transformation, acquiring coveted licenses, penetrating new markets, orchestrating mid-term funding programs, and launching pension plans to deliver sustainable solutions and heighten performance.
His early career experience as an auditor and consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers acquainted him with an opportunity to solve problems and provide value across diverse industries. Client assignments encompassed merchant and commercial banks, shipping, property investment, manufacturing, oil & gas, and telecommunications where he conducted detailed review of financial transactions between buyers and sellers in money and foreign exchange markets.
Johnson’s most recent job roles include increasingly responsible top-level leadership with BRADE, Zenith Bank PLC, Stanbic IBTC Bank, First Bank of Nigeria, UBA Group, and recently Chief of Staff to the board of a large conglomerate. Served as a board member of UBA Uganda, UBA Pensions Custodian, Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial, Zenith Pension Custodian amongst others. His core competence includes:

Horace Enemugwem
Business Development Manager, BRADE Consulting Limited
Horace Enemugwem is an Oil and Gas professional, with 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. His experience spans Business Development, Well Construction Project Management, Construction and Air Logistics Management. He has participated in field development projects for Marginal Field Operators in the Niger Delta.
In his current role as Business Development Manager, his responsibilities include marketing, business development, growth and expansion of BRADE Consulting Limited.
Horace is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers and Nigerian Society of Engineers. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK.
